Generally, this information is requested upon registering on the www.it-em.co.za or IT Event Management related website or Requesting a Service / Quotation.
For Publicly available information on our sites you may choose to remain anonymous.

Personal information collected by IT Event Management often is limited to name, surname and e-mail address, but may include other information when needed to provide a service you requested (e.g. physical address, credit card information)
For example: If you choose a service or transaction that requires payment we will request personal information necessary for billing and/or delivery of services, such as: name, address, telephone number, and credit card number.
IT Event Management also collects certain information about your computer hardware and software.

IT Event Management will not send out any SMS or Email without your consent.
In the event that you have requested a service, email will be sent to you, but we understand that you have agreed to the IT Event Management terms and conditions prior to requesting a service from us.
IT Event Management may send out periodic e-mails informing you of technical service details (service delivery time and consultant details) or security issues related to a product or service you requested, or confirming you requested a product or service. You will not be able to choose to unsubscribe to these mailings, as they are considered an essential part of the service you have chosen.

We will provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information is correct and current.
The IT Event Management website will provide a login and personalized area for clients where they will be able to view and update their details.

When and if you give us access to your personal information, IT Event Management will not share that information with third parties without your permission. It will only be used for the purposes stated above.
